Mount Pleasant - costa blanca

We are pleased to announce that in 2018 we purchased a property in Spain, mainly for our own use but we hope to make it available for letting at some point. First of all, of course, Coronavirus prevented us thinking about it and since then, a major development nearby is being undertaken so that there is a lot of noise from construction equipment and so we have not made it available as yet. However, if you want to know more about it and even consider a rental despite the building works feel free to contact us and we can give you more information.

The property is in Playa Flamenca on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca boasts beautiful beaches, lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment and sunshine for over 300 days a year.

Casa Bonita - not yet the official name of 32 Pueblo Caballero is a three bedroomed quad house just a short way from the beaches and right by the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre with all of the world's famous stores and restaurants. It is also where the major Saturday market takes place with bargains available for all.
