Mount Pleasant refund policy.

Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit made the deposit is not refundable. The deposit may be made in one or two instalments but the entire amount represents the deposit.
The balance for a holiday becomes due one month before arrival date. If a holiday is cancelled after this date the balance is not refundable by default. We will endeavour to re-book the dates of your holiday and in the event of doing that we will make a refund less a 10% administration charge.
