For Satnavs the Postcode is SA69 9DG but this is a rural area and that postcode covers quite a number of properties.
From the M4
Continue on the motorway and dual carriageway through Carmarthen to St. Clears. At St Clears take the left fork at the roundabout to Pembroke/Tenby and continue to Kilgetty where there is a further roundabout. Take the left turn from the roundabout for Tenby and keep going until you get to another roundabout (about 3 miles). Ignore any other signs for Saundersfoot on the way, as there are a number of roads into Saundersfoot. Turn left at the roundabout and as you sweep around the bend you will see a row of houses on your right facing into the road, all with different roofs and designs. At the end of that row facing up the road is a large house with a stone gatepost. That is Mount Pleasant. Cross the road and into the drive.
From the A478 (North/Mid Wales direction).
Keep on the A478 to Kilgetty and cross both roundabouts carrying straight on until you get to another roundabout (about 3 miles). Ignore any other signs for Saundersfoot on the way, as there are a number of roads into Saundersfoot. Self Catering Holidays
A self catering holiday means that you have the exclusive use of the holiday home for the duration of your stay. You have your own access and key and all the facilities you need. The equipment provided at Mount Pleasant can be seen on the Equipment and Facilities page and is comprehensive but if there is something which you feel you need and which is not present then I will always try to meet that need with equipment or other help.
Your holiday begins from 4pm on your date of arrival and ends by 11am on the final day. I will discuss in advance with you about the make up of your party, how many adults and the ages of children etc. so that I can explain how the apartment will fit with your needs and if there is the need for anything like a cot or additional bed this will be ready when you arrive. Bedding is also provided at no extra cost and the beds will be made up ready for you on arrival. The apartment will have been cleaned prior to your arrival usually on the day of your arrival so you should find it clean and comfortable.
It is not normal with self-catering properties to supply towels but when you arrive at Mount Pleasant you will find a set of towels (bath towel and hand towel). for each guest There are also beach towels and some old towels for the dogs.
You will be provided with a bathmat however. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, handbasin and toilet.
WIFI is provided and is available constantly without time limit or other restrictions on use. You will find the details of how to connect in a book of information provided for you in the flat or in more detail in the Handbook. This book also contains information written by Allan on all sorts of useful details such as where there are shops, restaurants, good beaches and the best ways to get to beaches and the coast path, plus parking information and so on. I constantly add to this. There are also brochures for local theme parks, take-away services and so on.

I accept that breakages will sometimes happen. If you can replace the items I greatly appreciate it but more than anything I simply ask that you let me know because I do not want another holidaymaker to arrive and find something missing.
